The project was to redesign and reconstruct a 30-year-old antiquated government canteen. We won the project, thanks to our 25-year legacy of delivering timely projects with impeccable design sensibilities
and commitment to supreme construction practices.

– The project entailed creating an eating space for more than 250 people with a special VIP area for more than 50 people
– The project proved to be challenging because we had to first dismantle the existing structure and then begin the renovation process
– We designed an eco-sensitive construction plan with a focus on using recyclable construction material, combined with state-of-the-art sustainable construction practices
– We also ensured that the maintenance post-delivery of the project would be hassle-free, requiring minimal periodic maintenance
– We also designed and commissioned a state of the art furniture ( Counters, Tables, VIP section sofas) for the canteen
– It is another benchmark added to our legacy of delivering supreme projects with timely delivery. The project will soon be integrated by the Honourable Chief Minister of Delhi, along with the Honourable Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, and the Chief Secretary of Delhi
